Accomplished professional and serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience as an Innovation Specialist, Strategic Communications Expert, and Capacity Building and Learning Professional. Successfully navigated diverse industries, including gaming, financial inclusion, education, governance, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and now climatetech. Proficient in working with startups, corporates, government entities, and the development sector across global markets, including Pakistan, MENA, Europe, and ASEAN. Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management, research, capacity building, brand building, purpose-driven campaigns, and events. Adept at strategic planning, driving growth in nascent organizations, fostering innovation ecosystems, and designing impactful learning programs.
For the last 7 years, I have been leading a for-profit impact enterprise geared towards entrepreneurship and emerging skills development, women empowerment and sustainability. I also co-founded Sohni Dharti, a digital advocacy, awareness and community engagement initiative to counter climate change. Previously I co-founded two fintechs, MeraPaisa and JaldPay. Presently I am working as Director Sustainability and Investor Relations at EcoEdge AI, a climate tech organization that is revolutionizing the HVAC industry using artificial intelligence and machine learning while bringing down energy consumption, electricity costs and avoiding carbon emissions.
I possess a graduate degree in International Relations, specialization in Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, & a BA in IR from Webster University, Geneva. I was also awarded the prestigious Young Alumni Award 2017 by the Graduate Institute.
