About Me
Muhammad Hilal is a visionary leader and innovator in the information technology industry, renowned for his contributions to technology, skills training, and the empowerment of women in tech. After earning his Engineering degree in 2014, Hilal embarked on a career in IT, quickly establishing himself as a prominent figure. In 2016, he founded his own IT company, where he continues to serve as CEO, guiding the company to success in a highly competitive market.
In addition to his role as CEO, Hilal co-founded Herqbator, a company dedicated to the growth of women-led businesses and the upskilling of women in tech, art, and freelance skills. Herqbator reflects his commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, providing crucial support and training to empower women entrepreneurs.
Hilal’s leadership extends to his role as Chairperson of the International Game Developers Association Pakistan (IGDA).
He has been instrumental in shaping the country’s IT landscape, advocating for industry growth and international collaboration. His leadership prowess was showcased on the global stage in 2022 when he played a pivotal role in representing Pakistan at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Hilal has been extensively involved with various incubation centers across Pakistan, such as BICs, Durshal, and National Incubation Centers. He has mentored numerous startups, providing guidance and support to budding entrepreneurs. Under his leadership, his companies have delivered over 5000 skills training sessions, empowering individuals and organizations with essential technology and capacity-building knowledge.
